Whether you are in the early stages of information collection or ready to schedule your initial consultation, when you call our office, you will be greeted by a member of our staff who is eager to speak with you and answer your questions. We have made a deliberate decision not to have voice mail and consider it a privilege to speak with you personally when you call.
If you are undecided about scheduling a formal consultation, we would encourage you to arrange an informal visit to our office. Our staff will make themselves available to discuss specific procedures or skin care products, answer questions and even review before-and-after photo book results of the procedures you are interested in. This type of visit can be arranged at no cost to you.
When you schedule your consultation, the necessary paperwork will be mailed to you so you may complete it at your leisure and bring it in with you the day of your appointment. We appreciate you doing this ahead of time as it allows us to lessen your wait time and devote more of our time and energy to your needs.
When you arrive at our office, you will find a friendly and relaxed environment with a cozy and uncrowded reception area. We take great pride in scheduling appointments so there will be minimal wait time and maximal appointment time with Dr. Leech and our staff. We believe your time is extremely valuable.
On the day of your consultation you will meet directly with Dr. Leech. This is a special time allotted for you to sit down with him to openly and honestly communicate your feelings, needs and dreams as they relate to plastic surgery. Dr. Leech will listen, provide information and together the two of you will discuss realistic goals and develop a customized plan.
After you complete your consultation and feel confident with the information you have received, you will have the opportunity to meet with our scheduler. She will answer any additional questions, as well as provide a written price quote based on your discussion with Dr. Leech. She is also your advocate with regard to any insurance issues or concerns. If you are ready to schedule your procedure, she can accommodate that as well.
Dr. Leech chooses hospital facilities with the highest accreditations to ensure maximum patient safety. He has privileges to perform surgery in all accredited facilities throughout the city, which allows us to provide options from both a personal preference and cost standpoint. All surgical cases will be supervised by a board certified anesthesiologist whose sole responsibility is your safety.
We want you to know that we see our initial consultation with you as the beginning of a long and lasting relationship. We feel that a well-informed patient goes into surgery with more confidence and realistic expectations. With this in mind, we attempt to provide a thorough and informative visit. Education is a critical part of our consultation. In fact, we encourage you to come back for a second and even third visit prior to having surgery. We understand that you are making life–changing, body-altering decisions and we want to walk you through this process with as much support as you need. Building a foundation of trust is key to our success.
